Start in the kindergarten

We accept children from 6 weeks of age into the nursery.

In Bambíno, children have the educational programme in Czech and English from the kindergarten group – thus from 2 years of age.

If allowed by the weather, we go outdoors with all children, including the youngest, every day. In case of a slightly unfavourable weather, we just get dressed well and go out anyway.

Water and children’s organic tea are available all day long, and they are also proactively offered to children. There is a snack for children in the morning and in the afternoon, it always include several kinds of fruits and vegetables. The lunch is in organic quality, consisting of a soup and a main course. Bambíno kids may choose the main course in a meat or vegetarian version. The children who stay after five in the afternoon, have the second afternoon snack consisting of fruits and vegetables.

Of course, we admit also children using nappies. All changing supplies are included in the school fee – we use ecologically friendly nappies. If you use your favourite brand, you naturally may bring them to Bambíno.

Enrolment to the kindergarten is a huge change for the child, it is accompanied with many emotions – actually sadness is the most frequent. We are ready for that in Bambíno. We recognise children’s emotions, help the children to process them, and we focus on positive matters. We only promise to the children what we can fulfill. We familiarise them with the environment, explain new situations. We discuss the course of the adaptation with parents and evaluate it continuously.

Bambíno is open every workday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. A little Bambíno kid may come anytime depending on their schedule. We recommend coming before 8:30 a.m. when the morning talk starts; besides other things, children learn here the routine of the day.
