Procedure for Submitting Suggestions, Notifications, and Complaints to the Board of Governors

In accordance with Section 167(6) of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. (the Education Act), the school outlines the procedure for submitting suggestions, notifications, and complaints to the Board of Governors.

The Board of Governors reviews suggestions, notifications, and complaints, particularly concerning education and the provision of educational services, and may submit recommendations to the Headteacher, the founder, or relevant public authorities.

Who Can Contact the Board of Governors

• Parents and legal guardians of pupils

• Pupils

• Teaching staff

• School staff

• Other individuals affected by the school's activities

How to Deliver a Submission

Suggestions, notifications, and complaints can be submitted:

• by email: ahoj@skolasquare.cz

• in writing via the school office, marked: "FAO: Board of Governors"

Recommended Content of a Submission

Submissions should include:

• Name and contact details of the submitter (if a response is requested)

• A brief description of the situation or issue

• Any supporting documents or evidence

• Date of submission

Anonymous submissions may be reviewed provided they contain specific facts allowing for their assessment.
Suggestions, notifications, and complaints are reviewed at the next Board of Governors meeting or within a timeframe set by the Chair of the Board of Governors.
